Domiciliary Care (Home Care) refers to a range of services put in place to support an individual in their home. The service involves a combination of calls-in and live-in options.

We support service users  through:

  • Enabling and supporting
  • Recovery and/or coping skills
  • Re- enablement and recovery (step down services)
  • Access to healthcare and treatments
  • Access to a healthy diet
  • Support to complete activities of daily living
  • Maintenance of independence as much as possible
  • Community enabling to include: support to access to social networks and companionship. Access to leisure and social activities
  • Comfort in situations of end-of-life care.
