Domiciliary / Home Care
Domiciliary Care (Home Care) refers to a range of services put in place to support an individual in their home. The service involves a combination of calls-in and live-in options.
We support service users through:
- Enabling and supporting
- Recovery and/or coping skills
- Re- enablement and recovery (step down services)
- Access to healthcare and treatments
- Access to a healthy diet
- Support to complete activities of daily living
- Maintenance of independence as much as possible
- Community enabling to include: support to access to social networks and companionship. Access to leisure and social activities
- Comfort in situations of end-of-life care.
